While your test results are negative, you should follow these guidelines:

  • Watch for symptoms for 14 days.
  • Wear a high-quality mask for 10 days during close social interactions (e.g., talking face to face with someone within 2 meters)
  • Avoid socializing with people who might have a severe form of the disease (e.g., someone who is over 60 years old or immunosuppressed).
  • If you develop symptoms, use the symptom self-assessment tool or call Info-Santé at 811.
