Screening criteria
The PCR tests offered in screening centers are now reserved for priority clients:
Prioritized groups for PCR screening
At all times
Workers in the health and social services system
Health and social service workers and subcontractors providing care and services to users or residents in the following settings may be tested in a screening clinic:
- Health and social services institutions
- Intermediate and family-type resources (IRs-FTRs) or continuing assistance resources (CARs)
- Private seniors' residences (PSRs)
- Residential and long-term care centres (CHSLDs), whether subject to an agreement or not
- Domestic help social economy business (EÉSAD) or associative cooperatives
- Service employment paycheque (CES) services
- Respite homes
- Birthing centres
- Hospices
- Residential settings (including religious communities)
- Community housing resources
- Detention centres
- Pharmacies
- Organizations providing ambulance services
- FMGs and private medical clinics
- Rehabilitation settings
- Community organizations recognized or funded by the Programme de soutien aux organismes communautaires (PSOC)
- All other facilities and organizations defined under provincial guidelines
Other priority persons
- Users who are receiving or will receive care and social services in a care or residential setting listed above
- Persons who are homeless or in a precarious housing situation
- First Nations, Inuit, or Métis persons living in a community or not
- Persons living in or travelling to isolated areas for work
- Persons with a temporary exemption for essential medical treatment and services as defined by Transport Canada
Symptomatic persons who fall into the following groups:
- Police officers, firefighters, and first responders, and members of the National Assembly security staff
- School staff
- Staff member of a childcare facility
- Persons working in slaughterhouses or who are essential to the care of animals in the agricultural sector
- Temporary foreign workers
- Persons being considered for monoclonal antibody therapy
- Informal caregivers
- Persons 70 years of age or older
Confirmation of membership in these groups might be requested at the screening centre (e.g., employee card, confirmation of surgery, proof of residence in group accommodation facilities, etc.).

You should check the weather conditions before coming so that you can wear suitable clothes (you might wait outside).
Parking
People who have to go to 75, rue J.-A. Bombardier for vaccination or screening, look for the entrance to the old Costco located near TVA and in front of Multi Luminaire. From there, signalers will tell them where to park their vehicle.

A staff member wil contact you as soon as possible only if your test was taken at least 3 days ago.
