When you register with this service, you will receive the following information by email:
- notice of reception of your request for an appointment
- confirmation of the date of your appointment
- reminder of your appointment
Your e-mail address will be added to your patient record. If you have already used one of our online forms, then you are already registered.
Transmission of data online | Confidentiality
No personal data is stored on our servers when you transmit your information through the secured forms of an appointment centre. Your information is sent as an encrypted electronic message guaranteeing the confidentiality of its contents. Consequently, this message cannot be intercepted, altered or decoded by a third party.
