CAAP-ESTRIE: to help and support you throughout the process

Free, confidential services The Centre d'assistance et d'accompagnement aux plaintes (CAAP-Estrie) is mandate by Québec's Minister of Health and Social Services. CAAP-Estrie can assist and support you throughout the process to ensure that your rights are respected by health institutions such as:

  • Local community service centres (CLSCs)
  • Residential and long-term care centres (CHSLDs)
  • Rehabilitation centres
  • Youth centres
  • Community organizations
  • Ambulance firms
  • Foster family or home
  • Private nursing homes for the elderly
  • Etc.
