• Nevertheless, you should complete the symptom self-assessment questionnaire to determine if you need to be retested or if you can resume your normal activities. Follow the instructions given in the questionnaire.
• If you or your child is attending school and has received a letter, follow the recommendations in the letter.
• If you have symptoms or an unusual state of health, comply with the isolation instructions and call 1 877 644-4545.
