...global health services (physical, sexual and mental health, lifestyle habits, relationships, emotions and life projects) redesigned for youth aged 12 to 25 in Sherbrooke and their families (other cities to come!)

A team of psychosocial counsellors, nutritionists, kinesiologist, sexologist and nurse can discuss with you if needed.

  • in collaboration with our youth partners (meeting with or at the partner's place (schools, community organizations, other CIUSSS de l'Estrie - CHUS health services).

    Redistribution of foodstuffs to people who are experiencing a period of economic vulnerability through direct assistance or through organizations. Moisson Estrie fights against food insecurity from a global and sustainable intervention perspective (reduction of food waste, food processing and socio-professional integration).  
  • Le blé d'or (collective kitchen)
    Raising awareness among young people and their families about the importance of eating healthy and familiarizing them with the principles of budgeting, to learn how to make good food choices on a limited budget.
  • La Chaudronnée
    Meal service for people living in poverty. It is also a place to meet and discuss in order to break the isolation, to create links and mutual aid relationships.

    Support for young people aged 16 to 30 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness through its community support and residential support practices with accompaniment. The organization also offers, thanks to its multifunctional room, a creative space open to the community where socio-cultural programming and various activities take place.
  • Auberge du cœur La Source-Soleil
    Shelter for young people in difficulty and/or homeless with a post-housing component.
  • CHAS
    Transitional housing service for people aged 15 to 30 living with a mental health profile with or without a concurrent disorder.

    Mental health shelter and living environment open to the community, in a bilingual environment.
