Recommendations for People Who Are Not Adequately Protected or Are Immunosuppressed

While your test results are negative, you must remain in home isolation for 10 days from the date of your last contact with a COVID-19 case.

  • Watch for symptoms for 14 days.
  • Get tested again on day 8 of your isolation, i.e., 2 days before it ends.
  • If you develop symptoms, use the symptom self-assessment tool or call Info-Santé at 811.
  • Contact your employer to notify them of your isolation and to obtain guidelines for your return to work
