How do you use the online services of the appointment centre?

The appointment centre receives your request and processes it.
If the appointment centre needs to make a follow-up, an officer will call you.
The appointment centre will to E-MAIL you the notice of reception of your request and confirmation of the date of your appointment.

When you provide your information through the secure forms of an appointment center, the information is sent through an electronic messaging system (e-mail) and may involve confidentiality risks.
